These Terms of Use govern your use of HighTine (the "App"), operated by us ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these terms.
HighTine provides satellite mapping, terrain- and weather-based hunting predictions, and a personal trophy/game tracking vault. Free and Pro subscription tiers offer different feature sets and usage limits, described in the app.
HighTine Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's App Store or Google Play account settings — we do not have the ability to process cancellations or refunds directly, as all billing is handled by Apple/Google.
Free trials, where offered, convert automatically to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled before it ends.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the content (including photos and location data) you add to the App.
You agree not to misuse the App — including attempting to circumvent usage limits or subscription verification, uploading content you don't have the right to share, or using the App in a way that violates applicable hunting laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. HighTine's predictions and analyses are provided as a scouting aid; you're responsible for complying with all local hunting regulations regardless of what the App shows.
The App's terrain, weather, and movement predictions are estimates based on available data and general wildlife behavior patterns — they are not a guarantee of hunting outcomes. Use your own judgment and comply with all applicable laws and land-use permissions.
The App, including its underlying analysis methods and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your own uploaded photos and property data remain yours.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
We may update these terms as the App evolves. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
